Thirty-one patients experiencing coronavirus treatment at disconnection focuses in Lagos State have recuperated.

Senator Babajide Sanwo-Olu made this known on Sunday.

COVID-19 cases in Nigeria as of May 6, 2020

He stated, "Great individuals of Lagos, today, 31 completely recouped COVID-19 Lagos patients; 25 guys and six females were released from the Onikan, Gbagada, Agidingbi, Lekki and Lagos University Teaching Hospital Isolation offices to rejoin with the general public.

"The patients, six from Onikan, four from Gbagada, two from Agidingbi, six from Lekki and 13 from LUTH Isolation Centers were released having completely recuperated and tried negative to COVID-19.

"With this, the quantity of COVID-19 affirmed cases that have been effectively overseen and released in Lagos has ascended to 1025."
